These Terms govern your use of SightOps cloud software and related services. By creating an account or paying for maintenance, you agree to these Terms and our Pricing Policy (incorporated by reference).

1. Service

SightOps is provided as a subscription cloud service, not as sold perpetual desktop software. Access requires active maintenance (subscription) except during an authorised trial.

2. Pricing and payment

Fees, tiers, caps, and optional setup/training charges are described in the Pricing Policy and on the Pricing page. You agree to pay applicable maintenance and one-time fees on time.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for users you authorise, accuracy of business data, regulatory compliance (including pharmacy and tax rules), and safeguarding login credentials.

4. Data and availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure may affect access. Backup and export features depend on your plan.

5. Suspension

We may suspend access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform, with notice where practicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, SightOps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Pricing Policy with notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
