SightOps is cloud software: you pay a monthly maintenance fee so we can host, secure, and update the system for all your devices. That is different from one-time offline desktop licences sold per PC.

Budget start, visibility on Lite, clinic at Pro level. Retail Solo (KES 500/mo) is a get-started till: one user, one pharmacy, three workflows — no included support. Pharmacy Lite (KES 1,000/mo + KES 15,000 one-day setup & onboarding) is our recommended pharmacy plan. Retail Pro and Clinic Lite are both KES 2,000/mo — Pro is multi-shop pharmacy; Clinic Lite adds the clinic module (KES 40,000 setup). Clinic and wholesale are not on Solo, Lite, or Pro.
