Retail and wholesale pharmacy management — inventory, expiry, billing, and multi-branch.
Built for Kenyan pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, agrovets & wholesale
SightOps is one product for pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, wholesalers and agrovets — inventory, billing, patients, and multi-branch operations. eTIMS and M-Pesa can integrate; they are not the product.
One SightOps workspace for the kind of healthcare business you run — then explore pricing and a free trial.
Retail and wholesale pharmacy management — inventory, expiry, billing, and multi-branch.
Clinical workflows with dispensary stock and patient billing on the same ledger.
KRA eTIMS as an integration on the same sales and inventory system.
Stock transfers, branch visibility, and one cloud ledger.
We are often asked: “As a pharmacist selling software, how do you assure clients you are not spying on their data?”
Our answer: We uphold client confidentiality at all times. SightOps is built as a multi-tenant cloud system where each client is scoped by company identity and authorization boundaries, so one client cannot access another client’s records.
Operational data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure with controlled access patterns, and user access is governed by our internal authentication and role-based authorization model. We do not build SightOps to inspect client business data for personal use.
If your compliance team needs it, we can walk you through access controls, user permissions, and account-level isolation during onboarding. See also our Usage Policy.
Multi-location teams that need one calm view of stock, margin, and branch performance — without losing the detail finance and floor teams depend on.
Branch-aware SKUs, disciplined pricing, and checkout with traceable batch movement. See retail pharmacy and wholesale pharmacy.
